As part of a family business, we manufacture individual motorhomes and other structures with a great team.

• The chassis features a completely new V8 engine (520 hp – 770 hp) and all the additional equipment to meet your needs. And all this with a pleasant consumption of 18-22 liters.
• Equipment includes:
o Remote-controlled 360-degree factory camera
o Blind spot assistant
o Full leather interior in the driver's compartment
o Navigation, LED lighting - and other extras that other Scania vehicles have
• The car is a 3-axle, 315/70 drive axle, 385/55 steered front axle and rear axle - air suspension throughout
• Alcoa alloy wheels with pressure sensors, Scania rims
• At the end of the chassis are sturdy anti-collision wheels - to reduce damage from ground contact due to long overhangs
• 3.5 tonne tow bar, 13-pin electrical plug, 12V output voltage
• 4 hydraulic HPC feet ensure that the motorhome is kept at a constant water level and privacy in the interior is maintained
• Mandatory equipment included with the vehicle: wedges, dust extinguisher, jack, Rim wrench, tool kit, washers under the bumpers are also located in the right front compartment

• The pop-out on this vehicle is 5 metres long and is located in the kitchen and sofa area. It extends the interior space by 720 mm. It is excellently insulated against heat and moisture, has hot water and roof heating and protects against frost in winter. Our aim when manufacturing the extendable sides is of course comfort, but the most important thing for us is to minimise sources of error.
• The windows are thermally insulated on the sides and top, multi-layered and come from the unique Hünerkopf production
• Entrance door with security lock, hinged at 4 points, offers absolute security against burglary
• Side doors and the rear door open - as with many buses - with a pantograph movement for maximum use of space, easy loading, refueling, charging and parking of the vehicle
• Fuel (600 liters), Adblue (100 liters), gas (LPG) and water are filled on the driver's side - easily accessible
• Water tanks: 500 liters of fresh water, 250 liters of black water, 250 liters of gray water. It can be doubled on request.
• LPG tank: 110 liters, 2 x 11 kg gas bottles + adapter package for LPG - usable in all European countries
• Liquids are drained directly from the openings 1 meter behind the front wheel under the driver's seat, 10 cm diameter, electric opening
• On request we provide a camera and lighting, of course there is the possibility of extending the outflow
• The doors are moved with air: quiet, precise, comfortable. It can also be opened electrically or hydraulically depending on individual needs
• The motorhome has a separate air compressor with a separate tank. Starting the engine is not necessary, the compressor is oil-free and maintenance-free.
• The air from the compressor has been led to the back of the garage and can be used for any individual purpose with a quick connection. In the garage there are sockets, cold and hot water.
• Everything in the advertised vehicle works by phone, remote control and mechanically. The functions can be customized according to customer requirements.
• 6 external light sources illuminate both sides of the motorhome, plus 2 lights in the rear garage help with evening loading
• 6 lower transillumination lights make it easier for you to park at night, each wheel is illuminated separately and the 4 anti-slip lights also light up individually.
• Painting is done in our company's 16-meter-long painting chamber with our own specialized staff. It can also be customized to customer needs.
• The electric awning equipped with LED lighting is 6 meters wide and 3.5 meters long and has a built-in canvas screen that drops 1.5 meters vertically
• The stairs are also special: thanks to the electric or air movement arranged under the chassis, it reduces the number of steps in the living space, thus reducing the risk of accidents and increasing the usable space. We can equip it with LED lighting and, if desired, with an additional railing. We protect the stairs in a completely enclosed space from contamination during traffic
• All external doors have a contactless, telephone and card lock, of course a mechanical option is also available.


• Heating and hot water are provided by the ALDE 3030 Compact system.
• Gas tank: 110 litres of Wynengas, 2 gas bottles. The equipment includes a separate gas connection, e.g. for barbecues and other activities
• An outdoor kitchen is also available on request. There is space for this in the right front cargo area. Equipment: hot and cold water, socket, sink, refrigerator, wine cooler and TV
• The air conditioning is provided by 2 TRUMA SAPHIR Combi 6 CP Plus units. This means cooling and heating in both the living area and the garage
• Washer-dryer can be placed in the right cargo area or in the garage as desired
• External power connection in a hidden place on the right side. On request with integrated cable box with automatic winding

• Hot water loor heating and radiators ensure the right temperature. The space between the raised floor, the garage and most of the storage areas are heated.


• Kitchen equipment includes: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hotplate, coffee machine, etc.
• The living room has a pull-out sofa (electric or manual) that offers 2 additional sleeping places. Included bed linen holder.


• Bathroom equipment: shower, sink, cabinets, mirror, porcelain toilet. Our advertised vehicle has a heated bidet; it can be installed in custom-made vehicles on request.
• The bathroom has floor heating and a towel dryer


• Bedroom facilities: 1.8 meter ceiling height, ventilated double bed, TV, soundbar, hidden lighting with motion sensors - for safe access to the bathroom at night.


• The garage of this model is suitable for transporting a Mercedes SLC Sport Coupe Cabrio – in strict compliance with the rules for securing loads
• The vehicle can be parked on a prepared platform in front of the garage – camper in a fully lowered position. The towing eye must be screwed into the bumper from the front / there is also a spare part of it / the entire body of the vehicle must be pulled off from the front to eliminate the up and down movement. The 4 wheels are fastened, then the entire platform is retracted, the final position is equipped with a mechanical stop.
• An automatic motorcycle loading system is also prepared in the garage: adapted to the size of the BMW 1200 LT and BMW 1600 GTL motorcycles. The garage is suitable for storing engines of this size or smaller.
• 2 bicycles can also be parked in the garage.
• The garage is also suitable for a 5-person massage whirlpool – insulated and heated. It can be heated with a gas bottle or gas tank, even with wood - provided that the combustion products do not pose a danger to the environment or the motorhome. The massage works with 220 V, when parking without electricity we highly recommend the self-starting Honda EU 30 petrol generator, which delivers 2.8-3 KW.
• A great addition to the unique equipment of our motorhome: infrared sauna for 2 people - with glass door and atmospheric lighting
• If there is no need for a sauna, the room can be used as a storage room.


• There is also the possibility to purchase a wellness container (6-person sauna, both with wood and electric heating, massage pool) that can be towed behind a camper. The upper carriage is equipped with a hydraulic undercarriage. The superstructure includes: 600-liter water tank, outdoor/indoor shower, TV, wine cooler, soundbar, terrace (the pool can be pushed out), awning, outdoor/indoor lighting, 2 working batteries, 2 KW inverter, electric winch for the terrace. The trailer is a 3.5 ton EDUARD 3-axle car transporter with alloy wheels. It is also suitable for transporting any high-end vehicle. Together, the wellness trailer and camper are within the permitted length limit of 18.75 meters.

II. Scania has a three-year service guarantee - free service, full guarantee throughout Europe.

III. 3 years full guarantee on the camper. Spring and autumn inspections are carried out at an agreed time and place.

IV. The camper is now equipped with a MERCEDES SLC 300 at the basic price. With 7,000 kilometers, it is a completely new vehicle, with 2 years Young Star guarantee. (This car is a real curiosity, its production ended in 2019, it is almost impossible to find a vehicle with similar low mileage on the market. Beautiful condition, fully equipped, powerful engine. Comfortable, spacious convertible, with folding hardtop.)

V. Includes the garage extension for vehicle storage.

VI. If the buyer does not want the Mercedes SLC, we now also offer the wellness setup including trailer for the basic price.

VII. 3-day driving and management training.


A personal discussion is required regarding prices and conditions.

We help all interested parties with their own financing and insurance.

The motorhome and other vehicles will be handed over with new German papers and a technical inspection.

A takeover is possible from February 25, 2025.
