Brought this car from Europe 10 years ago. Mercedes of those years are indestructible. Despite being old, the car cannot even be compared to new VAZs. I drive carefully, so I don't need repairs often, just minor ones.

I just spent some days with the new E-Class, and honestly, I got mixed feelings about it. The tech stuff, it’s everywhere and really obvious. The screens, the lights, the inside just screams flashy, which isn’t exactly my thing. The E200 AMG Premium Line Plus was a letdown in terms of power, it just doesn’t have a kick to it and the ride felt a bit rough for a car that’s supposed to be about comfort. Plus, that lowered suspension actually made the car less comfy on bumps and potholes. It’s fine on a smooth road but not great otherwise. If you want something simple, this tech overload might be too much. Interior space is solid though, and running costs didn’t scare me. If only the drive felt a bit more sorted.

Classic is classic. The car is powerful with a gasoline engine. Repairs only due to wear of parts, not because everything breaks like in Chinese cars and Ladas. Very reliable car. They don't make them like this anymore(((

Definitely a soulful car. Excellent interior, design, automatic transmission, very comfortable seats, climate control. Safety is on point. Personally, I really like the diesel engine, it provides sufficient power for this robust beauty.

Took it used after an accident, but with repairs. The chassis is really solid. The interior is simply impressive for its years. All-wheel drive, it handles the highway flawlessly at any speed. It does consume quite a bit of fuel, but installing LPG solves that issue.

Took the car from the salon. I believe it is the best car in its class. Very comfortable and expensive interior, all necessary functions are within reach, everything is well thought out and executed with quality. The body design, dynamics, ground clearance, material quality, assembly quality, and transmission are all meticulously planned. Serviced at the service center, did not encounter any particular issues, the car brings enjoyment.

I’ve driven older E-Class models and this one is definitely different. The look is sleeker, which I like, but honestly all the screens inside kind of take the fun out of driving for me. The car’s super quiet though, even at high speeds, and everything feels put together well. Wasn’t blown away by the trunk space. Maintenance costs are pretty much what you’d expect on a Mercedes - not low. Haven’t had major issues, so seems reliable enough so far.

For those who want to have a luxurious German car, I recommend it, despite the years and mileage, the car is almost perfect. Naturally, don't expect to save money on it, there are smaller cars for that, but speed and comfort are all about this one. On the highway, there is no equal, any overtaking and maneuver are a pleasure.

Brought a Mercedes from Poland for myself. The Mercedes is, of course, old, but it's a car, not some kind of tub. Over the course of a couple of years, I replaced the stabilizer strut, a few hoses, and regularly changed the oil filter. I installed a gas system, and the fuel consumption is not disappointing. Overall, the car is awesome.

I'll be real, the E-Class feels built for just cruising on long road trips or for commuting where comfort is all you care about. The ride is super quiet, seats are soft, and you barely notice bumps (unless you skipped the extra air suspension). For me the spongy brakes take some getting used to, especially compared to a BMW which feels much sharper. Tech-wise, I got a bit lost - too many screens, too many menus. I just want to drive, not manage some spaceship cockpit. But for chilling out, it's hard to beat. Oh yeah, skip the four-cylinder if you care about engine sound, it gets pretty gruff when you push it.
