LOW-BED SEMI TRAILER (2 - 10 Axles Options)

1- Lowbed Superstructure and Chassis: Overall dimensions, useful length and goose neck dimensions & design are strictly depends on the number of axle and purpose of logistics operations. Platform type or Pool type Lowbed options are available. Several goose neck designs could be applied based on customer needs. Sheet metal, checkered plate or various quality base/floor-wood models are practisized on lowbed base/floor. Considering the rear-ramp system ; pneumatic (air) , spring or hydraulic bi-directional rear-ramp systems with multiple dimension options are available. Moreover, on both sides of the lowbed expanding brackets and load binding rings are installed optionally. Re-enforced “I” section heavy duty chassis are welded with automated submerged welding machine by using ST-52.3 A1 quality or Strenx Brand steels. Side-skirts are from IPN profiles and mid-grills are from IPN profiles in order to strengthen all chassis. Front Loading, Extendable Chassis, Hydraulic Gooseneck, Removable Gooseneck options are available.

2- Axle and Suspension System: 9/12/14/16/18/20 tons capacity double tire drum type lowbed axles with air or mechanical suspension systems. Front axle lifting system (second axle lifting is optional). Parabolic double deck Z springs / multi leaf springs are the spring system options. Selft-Steering or Hydraulic Axles options are available depending on the requested numbers of axles. (EU Brand or Local Brand Axles)

3- Brake System : Brake system approved according to EU directives. ABS/EBS/Standard brake kits and equipments are appliled (Wabco, Knorr-Bremse, Haldex).

4- King Pin and Landing Gears : 2"/3.5" removable King Pin with bolts. Mechanical, double speed, each 24/35 tons capacity landing gears. (JOST - OMS)

5- Tire &Rims : 235/75 R 17.5 ,245/70 R 17.5, 295/60 R 22.5, 12 R 22.5, 315/80 R 22.5 are the available tire&rim sizes options or other sizes

6- Electrical System : 24 Volt Electrical System with 7 pcs. pin connectors and lighting system in accordance with EU and TUV directives. (ASPOCK , SA-BA)

7- Painting and Colour : Chassis and body are washed & sanded then 2+1 coat of Acrylic Paint with chosen RAL codes

8- Standard Accessories : Plastic/stainless steel water tank, plastic or 100 cm steel store box, spare-wheel carrier, side protectors, plastic wheel chock and holder, fire cabinet without tube, warning plates ,side & rear mats with OZMEN logo.

9- Other Optional Accessories : EU Brand lowbed Axle System and Equipments, EU Brand Landing Gears and King Pin, Aluminium Rims, Second Spare Wheel Carrier, Side Doors on goose neck, Smartboard Panel with EBS Brake System, Customer Tailored Tires and Rims, Roller Spare Tire Conveyor on Gooseneck, Container Locks, Right-Left directions adjustable Ramps

10- Other Options: Self Steering Axles (Mechanic or Hdyraulic Axles), Extendable Chassis, Front Loading Option, Removable Gooseneck
